Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns for defective or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. Items must meet the following conditions:

The product is unused and in its original packaging.

All components and accessories are included.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Final sale or clearance items.

Items that have been used, washed, or altered.

 

How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact Us: Email customer.support@wavari.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos/videos of the issue.

2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address.

3. Shipping the Return: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

 

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been inspected.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defective product.

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with evidence (photos/videos), and we will resolve the issue promptly.
