Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for defective or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery. Items must meet the following conditions:
• The product is unused and in its original packaging.
• All components and accessories are included.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
• Final sale or clearance items.
• Items that have been used, washed, or altered.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Contact Us: Email customer.support@wavari.com with your order number, proof of purchase, and photos/videos of the issue.
2. Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide the return address.
3. Shipping the Return: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Refunds
• Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after the returned item has been inspected.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defective product.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately with evidence (photos/videos), and we will resolve the issue promptly.
